Terms of Use
These terms apply when you create an account on Exam Dominance, the USMLE Step 1 question bank at examdominance.com (“we”, “us”). Creating an account means you agree to them.
1. Your rights, first
- You can use Exam Dominance free. The Free plan gives you 10 questions every day, for as long as you like.
- No Visa or card is needed. We never ask for payment details to create an account or to use the Free plan.
- You can stop at any time. There is no contract, no minimum period and nothing to cancel.
- You can delete your data at any time. Reset your progress yourself from Previous tests, or write to contact@examdominance.com and we delete your whole account and its data.
- You can stop our messages at any time, without closing your account (section 5).
2. Your account
- Your account is for you alone. Keep your password private and do not share your sign-in with anyone.
- Give your real name and an email address you can open; we send the link that confirms your account to it.
- To protect the bank, an account that is shared or used by an automated tool may be signed out or suspended.
3. Plans
- Free: 10 questions a day, in Tutor or Timed mode.
- Basic: 40 questions a day, custom blocks, marked questions and the performance dashboard.
- Premium: the full bank with no daily limit, weak-topic blocks and full analytics.
A day runs from midnight to midnight, Cairo time. To move to Basic or Premium, contact us and your account is upgraded; nothing is charged without your agreement.
4. Using the question bank
- The questions, explanations and figures are for your own study. Please do not copy, record, share or publish them, or collect them with any tool.
- The content is written for exam preparation. It is not medical advice and must not be used to care for patients.
5. Messages from us
By creating an account, you agree that we may send you emails with study news and offers from Exam Dominance and partner USMLE courses, and show you adverts for them on services such as Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube. For adverts we share only a scrambled (hashed) form of your email address, as our Privacy notice explains. We never sell your data and never share your study records.
You can stop these messages at any time: write to contact@examdominance.com from the email on your account and we take you off our lists. Your account keeps working as before.
6. Your data
How we collect, use and protect your personal data is set out in our Privacy notice.
7. Availability
We work to keep the site running and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, and a question may occasionally contain an error. If you find one, report it from the question screen and we will review it.
8. Independence
Exam Dominance is an independent question bank. USMLE® is a joint program of the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) and the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME); Exam Dominance is not affiliated with or endorsed by either.
9. Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we update this page and its date, and tell you before a change affects what you agreed to. Questions about these terms: contact@examdominance.com.
